1. TOUR CODE
Tour code must be quoted when send in booking.

2. TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
Any tipping, air fare, airport taxes & local guide fees.

3. LAST MINUTE BOOKING CONDITION
A $50 will be charge for any new booking send in less than 5 working days & we may not accept any booking less than 3 working day prior to arrival.

4. AMENDMENT BOOKING
All amendments after tour voucher has been issued will incur a charge of A$20 per amendment.

5. CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations on confirmed bookings will be charges as follows:
* Less than 2 weeks – 25% of total tour fare (GIT)
* Less than 1 week – 50% of total tour fare (FIT & GIT)
* Less than 3 days or no show – 100% of total tour fare (FIT & GIT)
* After final documents issued – 50% of total fare (FIT & GIT)

6. UNUSED SERVICES
No refund will given for any unused services.

7. VALIDITY
Rates are NETT in AUD and valid from 01 September 2011 till 31 March 2012 and subject to rooms availability only.

8. TOURS & PRICES
Tours and prices are subject to changes without notice by Day Tour Companies.

9. PEAK PERIOD, SPECIAL EVENT DATE
Peak period, special event date are subject to changes without notice by Hotelier.

10. OFFICE HOURS (Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm) (close on Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
Any enquiries made after 5.00pm Australian time will not be attended to until the next working day.
